This Privacy Policy explains how Equity Exit Pros ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use equityexitpros.com and the Keyli assistant (the "Site").

Information you provide

• Chat messages. What you type to Keyli, and your contact details if you choose to share them.
• Booking and contact requests. Your name, email, phone number, and anything you tell us about your property or situation.
• Communication preferences. Whether you opt in to SMS text messages.

Information collected automatically

• Usage analytics. We use a privacy-focused analytics tool (Umami) to understand site traffic. It records pageviews and simple events; we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
• Campaign attribution. If you arrive from a marketing link or QR code, we set a signed first-party cookie (eep_ref) so we can credit the campaign. We store the scan with a hashed (not raw) IP address, your browser's user-agent, and the referring page.
• Technical data. Basic request data needed to serve and secure the Site.

How we use your information

• To answer your questions and respond to Keyli conversations.
• To follow up about your inquiry and schedule and confirm calls.
• To send reminders and follow-ups by email and, with your consent, SMS.
• To measure which content and campaigns are working, and to operate and secure the Site.

The Keyli assistant

Messages you send to Keyli are processed to generate a reply and may be stored to operate and improve the service. If you share contact information and express interest, we record a lead so a real person can follow up. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat. Keyli provides general education only; see our Terms of Service.

Phone calls

When you call a phone number listed on this Site or provided through a marketing campaign, your call may first ring to our team members. If they are unavailable, you will be connected to Keyli, our AI-powered receptionist, who will take a message and collect relevant information so we can follow up. Calls handled by Keyli may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance and to ensure we accurately capture your information. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for the duration of our business relationship and deleted upon request.

SMS text messages

You can opt in to text messages from Equity Exit Pros by texting one of our phone numbers, by checking an SMS consent box on one of our forms (including the "Get Text Updates" form on this Site), or by giving us your number and asking us to text you. We may send:

• Replies to your messages and follow-up information about your inquiry.
• Automated acknowledgment messages confirming we received your text.
• Appointment reminders and confirmations.
• Notifications related to your property inquiry.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interactions. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at the email below. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services. When you opt in on a form, we record the date, time, and page of your consent so we can honor and prove your preferences.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Site, under agreements that limit their use of it, for example: scheduling and calendar (Google), email delivery (Amazon SES), SMS delivery (Twilio), and analytics (Umami). We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies: the signed campaign-attribution cookie described above. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; the Site will still work, but campaign attribution may not.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to follow up on your inquiry and operate the Site, and as required by law. You may ask us to delete your information (see Contact).

Your choices

• SMS: reply STOP to opt out at any time.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any message.
• Access or deletion: email us to request access to or deletion of your information.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
