He has spent the last 10 years advising clients and assisting investors, home owners, & Trust sellers with 1031 exchanges and investment optimization. From preparing their home for sale & getting them the most money all the way to reinvestment and deferring capital gains tax, Brad has you covered.
Having owned his own construction business and Real Estate Brokerage, Brad has a full understanding of creating the most value from your assets and has dedicated his career to helping owners legally reduce their tax amount as much as possible and netting the maximum from the sale.

Since 2014, Dev has advised Silicon Valley homeowners through complex real estate transactions, from high-appreciation sales and investor dispositions to competitive, multi-offer negotiations, with deep roots in Palo Alto, Los Altos, and Cupertino. He has facilitated more than $250 million in residential transactions and built his practice around helping longtime owners coordinate thoughtful, financially informed exits from highly appreciated properties.
A lifelong Bay Area resident, Dev understands the communities, architecture, and market forces that shape Silicon Valley real estate. His interest in construction and design helps him see beyond a property’s current condition, identifying ways to improve presentation and position a home strategically before it reaches the market. He works closely with homeowners, investors, and trusted professionals to build a plan tailored to each client’s objectives.
Outside of real estate, Dev’s life centers on family. He and his wife are raising their son, Dillon, here in the Valley, and you’ll often find them at the coast when the workweek winds down. A dedicated sports fan, he believes the best results come from preparation, honest advice, and a commitment to continual improvement, principles that guide both his personal life and the way he serves his clients.
